Payment & Refund:
• Assessment fee of R500-800 (based on location and size)
• Fee is 100% refundable if I accept the quote and complete the job
• Fee is non-refundable if I decline the quote (covers assessor time/travel)
• Refund processed within 5 business days after job completion

Rescheduling Policy:
• 2 free reschedules allowed with 24+ hours notice
• 3rd reschedule: deposit forfeited

No-Show & Cancellation:
• First no-show: 50% of deposit forfeited
• Second no-show: 100% of deposit forfeited
• Less than 24 hours cancellation: deposit forfeited
• Customer not home: counts as no-show
