The weekend price of the machine plus delivery and collection, which depends on how far you are from us: R100 to R436. You pay when you book. The damage waiver is R40 and optional.

By distance from our base in Brackenfell. We drive the distance to you four times: there and back on Friday, and there and back on Monday. The first 12 km are in the R100 base fee. Each km after that is R12: about R3 a km for fuel and wear, times four. Pick your suburb on the home page or the booking page to see the sum.

On Thursday we place a R1,500 hold on your card. It's held, not taken. When the machine is back on Monday and all is well, we release it the same day. Your bank decides how long it takes to show, usually a few days.

Once only, the first time you book, so we know who we're delivering to. It takes about 2 minutes on your phone. Our ID-check provider keeps the images; we never keep a copy of your ID.

Yes. 24 hours or more before delivery: a full refund. Less than 24 hours: a full refund minus the delivery fee. If the machine is faulty when it arrives, a full refund or a swap. Refunds go back to your card.

The machine, cleaned and tested, plus what you need to use it: soap for the carpet cleaner, goggles for the pressure washer. We deliver on Friday between 17:00 and 19:00, show you how it works, and collect on Monday between 07:00 and 09:00.

No. Your WhatsApp number is all we need. Every update comes there.

Stop using it and WhatsApp us straight away. With the damage waiver, accidental damage during normal use is covered. Without it, we charge from the hold according to our price list, and we always send you photos and the amount first.
